RENTIERA connects those two realities. Guests book hotel rooms and serviced residences for stays of five days or longer, with clear pricing and a versioned agreement instead of a rigid lease. Property owners convert idle capacity into predictable occupancy.
Alongside hospitality, RENTIERA facilitates room revenue advances so verified partner hotels can fill rooms with upfront, recorded funding. It is deliberately not a cryptocurrency exchange: hotels pass a review gate, prices come from server-generated quotes, and every financial movement is recorded in an immutable ledger with a full audit trail.
