Offers and counter-offers in the deal room

When a hotel sends an offer, a deal room opens. Each side can counter with new terms; every round is saved and cannot be edited. A deal closes only when the side that did not make the latest proposal accepts it. Each round has a 72-hour deadline. RENTIERA staff can post messages, pause or end a deal room, but cannot change terms or accept for either side.
