Refunds and partial refunds

Refunds are handled by RENTIERA staff, never automatically by RIA. A refund can be full or partial depending on your booking and stay agreement. Your booking then shows Refunded or Partially refunded and you receive a notification. To request one, email support@rentiera.app with your booking reference and reason.
